Description
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Manage office logistics and supplies to maintain a well-organized and functional workspace.
- Schedule and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Support marketing initiatives by coordinating promotional activities, materials, and events.
- Assist with financial tasks including expense tracking, budget management, and invoice processing.
- Communicate directly with board members to provide updates and gather information as needed.
- Liaise with vendors for office supplies and services, as well as for off-site events.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, managing schedules and calendars efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages, logging and notifying recipients of package arrivals.
- Coordinate outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
Profile
Bachelor degree;
Maximum three years of professsional experience in similar roles;
Fluency in english and portuguese;
Creative, fast-paced and flexible profile;
