We seek a dynamic and results-driven Junior Marketing Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for an assigned brand/product category portfolio. The Marketing Manager will drive growth, profitability, and market share while ensuring the brand maintains a strong consumer focus.

Description

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the assigned product portfolio, including existing and new products, to drive growth and profitability. Manage commercialization, profitability tracking, and go-to-market plans.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement product and pricing strategies (NRM) aligned with Regional/Global Marketing objectives.

  • Market Insights: Utilize data analytics to extract consumer/shopper insights and monitor competitive trends to effectively position products in the market.

  • Go-to-Market Execution: Recommend trade and shopper marketing strategies, including retailer assortments, pricing, and merchandising across in-store and online channels.

  • Campaign Development: Support the Head of Marketing in planning and executing media campaigns (digital and non-digital) aligned with brand objectives.

  • Customer Engagement: Create compelling customer selling stories and coordinate line reviews to drive awareness, trial, and sales growth.

  • Budget Management: Monitor and control A&P budgets, optimizing spend and tracking ROI for all marketing activities.

  • Digital Marketing: Manage the digital customer journey, from planning to execution, leveraging PAID, OWNED, SHARED, and EARNED media channels to achieve performance KPIs.

  • Performance Tracking: Analyze product P&L and Gross Margin mix, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Consumer Care: Establish best practices to maintain high levels of consumer satisfaction through responsive and empathetic support.

Profile

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods or FMCG.
Proven experience managing external vendors and agencies.
Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, media management, and SEO strategies.
Proficiency in market analytics tools such as IRI/Nielsen.
Strong understanding of P&L and KPI tracking.
Hands-on experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent business communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
Effective negotiation and interpersonal relationship management skills.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
Team player with a collaborative mindset and high adaptability.
