Our client is seeking a Junior Marketing Manager focused on the Pet Care category of our FMCG brand. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of job experience in Marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.

Description

  • Manage the pet range and electro portfolio, overseeing both existing and new products. This includes commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking, and the development of go-to-market plans.
  • Support the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager in managing the product portfolio, including commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking, and go-to-market plans.
  • Assist in implementing product and pricing strategies, with a focus on Net Revenue Management (NRM).
  • Utilize data analytics to provide insights into consumer and shopper behavior, competitive trends, and the unique benefits of our branded products, to effectively position them in the market.
  • Collaborate in the development of POS materials, die cuts, and designs.
  • Support Key Account Managers (KAM) with customer activities and the creation of client folders, both online and offline.
  • Enhance brand's web communication and oversee influencer campaigns.
  • Exercise control over the A&P budget for the assigned product categories, ensuring prudent spending and effective management of key promotions, while delivering a clear return on investment.
  • Monitor product Profit and Loss (P&L) as well as product Gross Margin mix by Category.

Profile

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with experience in other Marketing software tools being beneficial.
Strong English skills required (written and oral), with proficiency in other languages such as Spanish being beneficial.
Experience in supervising outside agencies is preferred.
Familiarity with IRI/Nielsen data and other relevant market analytics tools is appreciated.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and a strong willingness to acquire new skills.
Ability to think and act holistically and critically.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and international environments.
Excellent business communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
