Are you starting your career in IT? We're looking for motivated and committed professionals to join us in support roles across several projects. This is a great opportunity for those who have completed a technical course or specialization and are ready to kick off their IT journey.

What we're looking for:

• Completed Professional Training or Technological Specialization Course in IT, Systems, Networks or similar.

• Interest in starting a career in technical support, IT operations, or infrastructure monitoring

• Willingness to work in shift-based schedules and participate in on-call rotations (prevenções)

• Basic understanding of operating systems, networks, or ticketing tools

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Fluency in Portuguese and a working level of English (B2 or above)

• Any previous internship or hands-on experience in IT is a plus
