Description

• Support the completion of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and investor requests.
• Maintain and update investor information within the CRM system.
• Assist in preparing investor reports, presentations, factsheets, and fundraising materials.
• Respond to investor enquiries and coordinate information requests with internal teams.
• Conduct market research on private equity, venture capital, and industry trends.
• Support investor onboarding and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with investment, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely investor communications.
• Contribute to the production of marketing and reporting materials for current and prospective investors.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Fluent in both Portuguese and English.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in financial markets, private equity, and alternative investments.
