We are looking for a Junior International Recruiter to join our International Recruitment team. You will play an active role in identifying and attracting talent for international projects, collaborating with different markets and teams.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes across different geographies
- Conduct active candidate sourcing (LinkedIn and other platforms)
- Perform CV screening and conduct screening interviews
- Coordinate processes with hiring managers
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Keep the ATS up to date
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Conduct market analysis through interviews and talent benchmarking
Requirements
- Fluency in English (mandatory); fluency in an additional language (Portuguese/ Spanish/ German / Italian / French / Polish) is highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in international environments
- Proactivity and eagerness to learn
- Experience or internship in recruitment is valued
