This position supports the full investor engagement lifecycle, from identifying prospective investors to maintaining high-quality communication with existing ones. Description

• Supporting the preparation of fundraising materials such as pitch decks, teasers and investor information packages;
• Researching and mapping prospective investors including family offices, institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals;
• Updating and managing the fundraising pipeline, tracking outreach, interest levels and follow-ups;
• Coordinating investor onboarding documentation (KYC/AML) and ensuring regulatory compliance;
• Supporting roadshows, investor meetings, presentations and fundraising events;
• Drafting responses to investor inquiries and preparing periodic communications such as performance reports, newsletters and portfolio updates;
• Maintaining updated and accurate investor databases and reporting records;
• Monitoring market developments across venture capital, private equity, alternative assets and specialized funds in Europe;
• Conducting benchmarking and competitor analyses to support fundraising strategies;
• Collaborating with internal teams (Investment, Finance, Compliance, Business Development) to gather information for communications and reporting.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Management or a related field;
• 0-2 years of experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising, Corporate Finance, Consulting or similar areas;
• Foundational knowledge of venture capital, private equity or financial markets;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data;
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong presentation-building capabilities;
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
• Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism and ability to handle multiple priorities.
