Description

• Assist in preparing the quarterly Annex IV regulatory reporting
• Support the oversight process for NAV computation by the appointed Administrator
• Help compute portfolio IRR, turnover ratios, performance fees, and investor activity ratios
• Monitor fund expenses included in the NAV to ensure accuracy
• Support the review and approval of the fund's budget by the Board
• Contribute to the production of annual and semi-annual financial statements
• Assist in completing regulatory requirements such as the annual Self-Assessment Questionnaire and CSSF E-Desk performance fee declaration
• Coordinate accounting audit requests and liaise with fund auditors
• Collaborate on monitoring and improving policies, procedures, and controls

Profile

• Master's degree in finance, Economics or equivalent
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (e.g., AIFM, Big 4, or Administrator)
• Fluency in English Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) and the ability to learn new systems
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle priorities in a fast-paced environment
