We are looking for a Junior team in our team in MontreuxResponsibilities:Preparation of products for subsequent culinary processing (washing, cleaning, cutting, sorting, gutting, defrosting, cutting and processing);Sorting, storing and recording incoming products;Preparation of basic dishes according to the menu, observing the technological map when preparing dishes and drinks;Portioning according to restaurant and internal company standards;Compliance with the chef's instructions for preparing dishes;Portioning and preparing dishes for serving (on the table, lunch boxes, children's dishes, snack bags);Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen and work surfaces;Maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and accessories;Waste disposal in accordance with sanitary standards and management instructions;Preparation of product purchase orders (if necessary)Requirements:Knowledge of the basics of safety and hygiene in the kitchenExperience with kitchen equipmentEducation (primary): secondary in the profession of culinary artLanguage skills: Russian (oral and written); French (basic)PC skills: basicEU passport or work permit in Switzerland.??? ????????: ?????? ???????????????: CHF 5 000,00 ? ?????
