We are looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join a team and support the financial performance in a SSC that is growing. 

??Your Responsibilities

• Analyze the financial results of the business unit under your responsibility.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to financial management, operational teams, and the Group.
• Lead monthly financial and analytical closings.
• Monitor project performance, including risk tracking, outstanding payments, margins, and cost structures.
• Participate in the validation of P&L and cash-flow simulations.
• Contribute proactively to the development and optimization of management tools.
• Collaborate on cross-functional topics between financial controlling and other departments.
• Build strong partnerships with operational teams to support and guide decision-making.

? Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance
• Proficient in Excel and BI/reporting tools; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage.
• Methodical, rigorous, and autonomous with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinker with a proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
