The compliance analyst is part of the Group Compliance team and will assist with the implementation and oversight of the regulatory and compliance framework for the company and its clients

Description

• Assisting the team on Compliance and AML due diligences
• Participate with the team in the maintenance and management KYC documentation
• Perform due diligence on service providers and other entities
• Participate with the compliance team in the preparation of the reporting to the CSSF, to the board of directors and to the executive committee
• Monitor the regulatory changes and collaborating with the team to their implementation

Profile

• Master's degree in Business or Law
• Professional experience of maximum 3 years in the field of regulatory and compliance matters
• Proficiency in English. Knowledge of French or German will be considered as an asset.
• Excellent writing, analysis and synthesis skills
