Description

• Support client onboarding, account reviews, and ongoing due diligence activities in line with internal risk and compliance standards.
• Review and assess customer documentation, ensuring information is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Identify potential risks or irregularities and escalate matters when appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contacts to resolve queries and support service delivery.
• Contribute to compliance-related operational processes, reporting activities, and data reconciliation tasks.
• Assist with the preparation of management information, performance metrics, and client reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory developments and attend relevant training programmes.
• Support multiple administrative and operational activities within a fast-paced, international environment.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to internal procedures.

Profile

• Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Recent graduate or up to 3 years of professional experience in compliance, operations, administration, financial services, or a similar area.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
