Junior Business Analyst

Were looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join a dynamic Business Transformation team, supporting strategic initiatives across a fastpaced and evolving ecosystem.

What youll do

• Gather and analyze business requirements across multiple internal teams;
• Produce clear functional documentation including user stories, workflows, and test cases;
• Support feasibility assessments and challenge needs with critical thinking;
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define and validate specifications;
• Participate in functional testing and UAT;
• Contribute to business process modeling and ongoing optimization.

 

What were looking for

• Degree in Management, Economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or similar;
• 25 years of experience in equivalent functions;
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques, requirements engineering, and BPMN;
• Experience with documentation and testing scenarios;
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint;
• Understanding of Agile/Waterfall;
• English proficiency;
• ITIL is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
