We seek a dynamic and results-driven Junior Brand Manager to help lead and develop one key brand within an FMCG player. This role drives brand value, positioning, and overall business growth in domestic and export markets. The Brand Manager will oversee brand strategy, cross-functional collaboration, brand activation, and stakeholder engagement to achieve P&L objectives and ensure customer and consumer satisfaction.
Principais responsabilidades
Brand Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and monitor the brand's annual plan, including pricing, distribution, target setting, and media plans (ATL and BTL), ensuring alignment with the Marketing Annual Plan and strategic business goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, streamline brand initiatives, and ensure cohesive execution of the brand strategy.
Consumer & Market Insights: Collaborate with the Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) team to identify trends, assess market needs, and use data-driven insights to support decision-making for product development and innovation.
Brand Activation & Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of brand activation projects, ensuring timely and efficient project management across all touchpoints.
Agency & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external agencies (creative, PR, digital, social media, media buying) to ensure impactful brand presence and consistent messaging.
Budget Management: Control and manage the brand's assigned budget, ensuring all activities are executed within the allocated financial framework.
Perfil desejado
Degree or Master's in Marketing, Management, Economics, or Communication.
Proven experience in brand development and successful new product launches.
In-depth understanding of the Portuguese market and consumer landscape.
Fluent in Portuguese and advanced English (C1 level or higher).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong analytical skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
