Join a team responsible for supporting critical integration and middleware services that enable seamless communication between applications, platforms, and business systems. In this role, you will contribute to the operation, monitoring, and support of APIs and integration platforms, helping to ensure service reliability and the successful execution of key data flows across a complex technology landscape.

Our client is a leading company operating within the Technology and Digital Services sector, delivering and supporting enterprise-scale solutions across diverse business environments. As part of the Integration Support team, you will work closely with technical specialists to maintain operational excellence across middleware and API platforms while developing your expertise in system integration and platform operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line operational support for integration, middleware, and API platforms.
- Monitor systems, logs, and integration flows to identify anomalies and support service continuity.
- Execute operational procedures and established support processes according to defined runbooks.
- Manage and follow up incidents, service requests, and operational activities within agreed service levels.
- Support the investigation and analysis of issues related to integrations, APIs, and data exchanges.
- Validate API transactions, including requests, responses, payload structures, and HTTP status codes.
- Assist senior team members with troubleshooting activities and root cause analysis.
- Perform operational tasks on integration and messaging platforms, as well as observability and monitoring tools.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational records, and support evidence.
- Ensure timely escalation of complex incidents and technical issues to specialist teams when required.
- Contribute to the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of supported services.
Required Skills
- 13 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or operational technology environments.
- Understanding of API fundamentals and integration concepts, including REST services, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
- Familiarity with middleware technologies and concepts such as messaging, logging, and system integrations.
- Basic experience in log analysis and troubleshooting activities.
- Exposure to integration, messaging, monitoring, or observability platforms is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of platforms such as MuleSoft, RabbitMQ, Elastic, or similar technologies is highly valued.
- Basic understanding of Linux environments and command-line tools is a plus.
- Ability to work with operational procedures, support documentation, and defined processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
