We are looking for a Procurement Management Specialist with Chinese to perform Business Operations Support duties in our Lisboa Offices.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Service Fee Billing and Departmental Acceptance (for approximately 120 personnel across multiple countries, including Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Ireland)
  • Responsible for the departmental verification of service fee invoices related to personnel leasing (loading and multinational), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the HR Non-Employee Management module to develop practical processes and ensure smooth workflow .
  • Provide training and guidance to relevant business departments (loading and multinational teams) on invoice handling and departmental verification.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new employees in the PO office to ensure efficient workflow and smooth coordination.
  • Support for Additional HR Non-Sensitive Data Processes
  • Once familiar with the above operations, extend support to other HR non-sensitive data-related processes, including but not limited to invoice handling and operational support.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure proper documentation and submission of relevant HR non-sensitive data for processing.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in HR-related processes, especially non-employee management or personnel leasing.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with various teams across countries.
  • Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes in an international context is a plus.
  • Training & Development: Comprehensive training on the above-mentioned tasks will be provided, and ongoing support will be given for continuous learning and process improvements.


Language:

Chinese & English fluent in writing and speaking


Education:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Business
