Your new company:
 
 Our client is a Shared Services Center located in Lisbon.


 
Your new role:

 

Reporting directly to the Account Payables Manager, you will perform several accounting and treasury tasks to the subsidiaries working with SSC Portugal.

 

Ensure supplier account reconciliations;

Ensure the accounting of manual payments and clearing operations;

Ensure the booking of purchase invoices;

Produce the analysis and justification of accounts, including the management of payment incidents;

Ensure the respect for the rules and standards of the task;

Identifying and indicate deviations;

Ensure good operational, day-to-day relationships with suppliers;

Participate in the follow up of indicators related to suppliers' performance and quality.

 


What you'll need to succeed:
 

Minimum 1 year in similar administrative tasks;

IT Skills – Excel and SAP;

Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory).
