Your Role
You will support customers from international brands, helping them with:
- Online shopping queries ?
- Order support and follow ups
- Product information
- Customer assistance via chat, email or phone
Languages We Are Looking For
We are currently hiring for:
- Swedish
- Norwegian
- Finnish
- Danish
- Dutch (Netherlands & Belgium)
- German / French (Switzerland)
What We Are Looking For
- High level in one of the languages above (mandatory)
- Good level of English
- Strong communication skills
- Customer oriented mindset
- Proactive and dynamic attitude
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus
