They are currently looking for talented Backend Software Engineers to join their Product Team.

As part of the role, you will be involved in projects that make use of Generative AI, delivering impactful, intelligent software. Examples of practical applications include:

• Fraud detection and call validation systems
• Development of intelligent chatbots to enhance customer interaction and automation

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
• Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic
• Build reusable libraries for future use
• Create high-performance and scalable servers using Go, Java, Node.js, Kotlin, or other modern technologies
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and scalable solutions using gRPC or similar technologies
• Optimize application performance for production environments
• Provide clear and structured code documentation
• Inspect and improve server performance
• Participate in peer code reviews
• Design and implement data storage solutions
• Ensure usability and stability of front-end applications
• Maintain server uptime with proactive monitoring and debugging

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• +1 year experience as a backend engineer
• Solid grasp of software engineering principles and best practices (design patterns, testing, code reviews)
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and Internet protocols
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently
• Strong communication skills in English
• Quick to learn and apply new tools and frameworks
• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Excellent problem-solving skills
