Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications for banking platforms.
• Implement and configure Tibco EBX for master data management and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices and testing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Java development (Spring Boot, REST APIs, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Tibco EBX (formerly Orchestra Networks).
• Familiarity with banking systems, data models, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and MDM principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
