We are looking for a ITOps Engineer for a project based in Lisbon!

Mission: ITOps falls within the context of a Agile and DevOps approach. Acts as the guarantor of production throughout the project cycle. Act as key player in taking production requirements into account: contribution to the definition of the technical solution, stability of the technical environments (production / non-production), the monitoring and supervision of the technical solutions. Participates in project team meetings and is involved in activities and collective decisions (assessment of complexity, risks, etc.) throughout the project. Identifies good application production practices in collaboration with the APS and shares them widely.

Responsibilities:

• Participating in the definition of the technical solution.
• Integrating production and infrastructure requirements.
• Ensuring the provision of Production and Infrastructure resources by facilitating the development of solutions.
• Maintenance in operational condition.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of production in collaboration with Applications Production Support.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure.
• Experience with DevOps chain (GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins/TeamCity, Kubernetes, Ansible, etc.) and new technological stacks for the service monitoring (Dynatrace, Splunk/Elastic Search, ).
• Knowledge in Agile, DevOps.
• Knowledge in Production Operation steering.
• Fast learner and interest for the subject area.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Capacity for critical thinking & ability to exercise good judgement with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Familiar with Agile/SAFE practices is a plus.
• Proficient written & oral communication with the ability to tailor presentation of complex information to a range of different audiences.
• Good level of english.
