Exciting Opportunity for Italian Speaking Professionals in Portugal!

Are you fluent in Italian (C2 level) and based in Portugal?

Location: Carcavelos ( 2 days on site)

Salary: €850 (monthly) + €300 (monthly) language bonus + monthly bonus plus monthly meal allowance. 14 salaries OR 12 salaries.

What we're looking for:

• Fluent Italian (C2 level) - required.
• Fluent English - strong speaking and writing skills.
• Customer service experience (preferably in call centers) or B2B support experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your role will include:

• Assisting customers with orders, exchanges, and upselling opportunities.
• Managing customer and partner interactions through phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Recording customer details and ensuring timely follow-up on all cases.
• Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies.
• Collaborating with the team to exceed quality KPIs and strengthen the brand.
