Italian-Speaking Technical Support Advisor Consumer Products
Workster is partnering with a global customer experience leader to hire a Technical Support Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing high-quality after-sales support via phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication, problem-solving, and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone and email
- Conduct initial diagnostics using internal procedures and resources
- Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary
- Proactively assist customers to improve satisfaction, using tutorials, guides, and support articles
- Communicate clearly regarding product information, order tracking, and minor problem resolution
- Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
- Use multiple internal software tools to manage and document support cases
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling or offering complementary solutions when appropriate
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian (C1) and English (B2)
- Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or call center environments preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to diagnose issues and explain solutions clearly and simply
- Comfortable using multiple software tools simultaneously
- Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and adaptability
- Cross-selling or upselling experience is a plus
- Eligible to work in Portugal
