Italian-Speaking Technical Support Advisor Consumer Products


Workster is partnering with a global customer experience leader to hire a Technical Support Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing high-quality after-sales support via phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication, problem-solving, and guidance.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and email
  • Conduct initial diagnostics using internal procedures and resources
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary
  • Proactively assist customers to improve satisfaction, using tutorials, guides, and support articles
  • Communicate clearly regarding product information, order tracking, and minor problem resolution
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
  • Use multiple internal software tools to manage and document support cases
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling or offering complementary solutions when appropriate


Requirements


  • Fluent in Italian (C1) and English (B2)
  • Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or call center environments preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to diagnose issues and explain solutions clearly and simply
  • Comfortable using multiple software tools simultaneously
  • Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and adaptability
  • Cross-selling or upselling experience is a plus
  • Eligible to work in Portugal
