Your new role 

You will join a multidisciplinary team in a full-time, on-site position. Your responsibilities will include supporting production processes, ensuring quality standards, maintaining safety protocols, and contributing to the overall efficiency of operations. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic industrial setting, ideal for professionals who enjoy practical work and teamwork.

The position is offered under a 1-year fixed-term contract, with potential for renewal based on performance and business needs.

What you'll need 

• Full availability for on-site work in Porto
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced industrial environments
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or technical operations (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic communication skills in English
• Spanish language skills are a plus
