• Responsible for the infrastructure of the information systems and IT resources & equipment within the organization.
• Establish the information standards to facilitate the control of the management of all corporate resources.

Description

• Act as an interface between the IT Department and the company's projects; provide advice and work with members of the executive team to identify how information technology can help the company achieve its business and financial objectives.
• Manage user profiles to ensure that users have adequate authorization and act as point of contact for IT matters.
• Provide basic training to users in IT tools and platforms.
• Ensure the implementation of IT security policies (backup, disaster recovery, and so on).
• Manage local IT suppliers, service contracts and IT Service costs from HQ, and supervise & control the local IT budget.
• Assist with the implementation of the ERP system and coordination of local projects.
• Collaborate with Global IT teams to be aligned with corporate guidelines and strategy.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive company digitalization.

Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• EDI & Electronic documents interchange.
• Databases (SQL Server).
• ERP system knowledge.
• Google workspace (advanced user).
• Hardware & software knowledge i.e. servers and networks.
• Experience working with ticketing systems.
• Experienced with IT security awareness.
