Descrição da Função

Deliver high-quality end-user support for a leading international banking institution.

Location Hybrid in Lisbon 2 times per week in the office

Contract Consultancy contract with a global IT services provider

Our client, a global technology consultancy, is supporting a major German bank in its international operations. This project focuses on ensuring seamless IT support for end users across multiple regions, contributing to the stability and efficiency of critical banking services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-line support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot incidents involving Windows 10/11, Office 365, Outlook, laptops, printers, and voice systems.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical problems to maintain business continuity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and contribute to process improvements.
  • Deliver support in both Portuguese and English, ensuring clear communication with local and international users.
  • Promote best practices in IT support and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Required Skills

  • 510 years of experience in IT support or end-user engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Outlook.
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting (laptops, printers, voice systems).
  • Basic understanding of networking principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in banking or financial services environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices or helpdesk ticketing systems.
