The IT Solutions Architect Power Platform & Copilot will be filling the gap between business objectives and technical solutions by designing, describing, finding the best solutions and overseeing the overall implementation to ensure alignment with the business objectives.

Description

• The IT Solution Architect is responsible for the Power Platform and Copilot ecosystem. The role owns the platforms and drives their architecture, governance, and continuous evolution. It also leads the design of business solutions built on these platforms, ensuring they are secure, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

• Lead the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions to ensure solutions meet business goals while aligning with IT strategies.

• Responsibility for the operation, stability, and continuous development of the Power Platform and Copilot.

• Guide the adaptation of new technologies and processes, in alignment with both business objectives and IT roadmap.

• Support a cross-functional team in designing and delivering solutions on Power Platform and Copilot on time and within budget.

• Keep up to date with new features and best practices, while driving innovation into the business.

• Mentor and empower Citizen Developers, facilitating knowledge transfer and adoption of low-code/no-code solutions.

• Own and maintain Power Platform governance standards, security controls, and best practices.

• Support the administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Power Platform, Copilot and Copilot Studio, and related services.

• Support the lifecycle management of Copilot agents and future enterprise agent governance solutions.

• Define the target architecture and solution design patterns for Power Platform and Copilot solutions.

Profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in delivering enterprise-scale solution architecture, particular in Power Platform-Tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse)

• Min 1 years of experience with Copilot Studio, AI agents, and enterprise governance concepts (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in data integration and cloud technologies
• Strong understanding of platform architecture and all related technologies
• Experience with Power Platform governance, security, and compliance frameworks Microsoft Certification (preferred).
• Languages: Very good English language skills
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on translating complex business requirements into practical solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in dynamic and collaborative environments.
