Your new role


Generate sales opportunities to achieve short and long-term revenue and profit growth.

Market research and identification of new business opportunities.

Develop and execute sales strategy for the assigned portfolio and set sales targets and specific performance metrics.

Develop and maintain an understanding of the field's concepts, practices and procedures in IT infrastructure, software development and services implementation space.

Engage customers at all level to develop long term business relationship.

Take active lead to engage internal teams in customer engagement.

Responsible for proposal creation and delivery.

Promote company products/services that maximize customer satisfaction.

Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries.

Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.

Use client feedback to improve customer experience.

Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements.

Follow-up of solutions implemented in the customers.



What you'll need to succeed



We are looking for professionals with Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Informatics Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

At least 5 years of professional experience in the field, including managing sales pipeline and selling to partners and enterprise customers. Familiarity with sales performance metrics.

Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills including ability to deliver presentations to key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Puts the customer experience first, challenges the status quo, intellectually curious with a solution-oriented attitude.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good written and spoken language skills in English.
