Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, with relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, GSOC, or CISA being a plus.
• Several years of experience in IT security, particularly in managing SIEM systems and operating Security Operations Centers (SOC).
• Expertise in developing, implementing, and improving security monitoring and incident response strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
• Proven ability to lead SOC teams and manage security projects, with strong knowledge of emerging cyber threats and security trends.
• Excellent analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to complex security issues, including conducting threat intelligence and risk assessments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to document security incidents, manage SIEM configurations, and prepare clear reports for stakeholders and management.
Responsabilities:
• Support the CISO in managing security monitoring and incident response tasks, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Develop and improve strategies, policies, and procedures for security monitoring and incident response to ensure compliance.
• Manage SIEM/SOC solutions and integrate them with other security systems, conducting regular assessments to ensure effectiveness.
• Document security incidents and prepare reports on SOC performance and security events for management.
