Your Role

• Identify and attract top tech talent
• Build strong relationships with candidates and consultants
• Partner with Business Managers to match talent with client needs
• Ensure a smooth and engaging recruitment process from start to finish

Who You Are

• Passionate about technology and people
• Experienced in IT recruitment or talent acquisition
• Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus!)
• Driven, curious, and ready to make a difference
