Your Mission Will Be:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing candidates to final hiring stages;
• Create and publish job advertisements, while reviewing and evaluating incoming applications;
• Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment processes, ensuring accurate documentation;
• Source and engage potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter using diverse strategies;
• Conduct initial screening interviews (phone/video) and collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs.

You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree completed;
• Eligibility for an IEFP program (Estágio de Inserção);
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, with 4 days per week in the office (Picoas);
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Would Be Awesome If You Have:

• Interest in recruitment, human resources, or talent acquisition;
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
