The IT Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, evaluating, and hiring top technical talent to meet the organization's current and future business needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality candidates across a range of IT and digital roles.

Description



Talent Sourcing & Attraction

  • Source IT candidates using multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, referrals, and direct search
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill technical roles
  • Develop and post compelling job advertisements tailored to technical audiences


Recruitment & Selection

  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and culture fit
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes with hiring managers and technical teams
  • Provide candidate shortlists with clear assessments and recommendations
  • Administer technical assessments where applicable


Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent availability, and salary benchmarks
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process


Process & Compliance

  • Manage recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and employment legislation
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and quality of hire


Employer Branding

  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the tech talent market
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, meetups, and technology events

Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, IT, or a related field
  • Experience recruiting for multiple locations or international markets
  • Knowledge of agile, DevOps, cloud, or software development environments
  • Proven experience as an IT or Technical Recruiter (in-house or agency)
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment best practices
  • Ability to screen and evaluate technical profiles confidently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience using ATS and professional sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Results-driven and proactive
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Professional, discreet, and candidate-focused
  • Adaptable to fast-changing priorities and technology trends
  • Consistently delivering qualified IT talent on time and within budget
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Maintaining high candidate satisfaction and employer brand reputation
