Your Mission Will Be:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for IT profiles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience;
• Develop and publish job descriptions, while performing CV screening and candidate evaluation;
• Support recruitment-related administrative activities and maintain accurate records;
• Proactively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter using diverse sourcing techniques;
• Conduct phone and video interviews and work closely with business managers to align hiring needs.

You Will Need:

• Previous hands-on experience in recruitment processes;
• Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or similar areas;
• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and French;
• Strong motivation to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have:

• Experience recruiting for IT or technical profiles;
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools;
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and environments.
