We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join a growing organization, seeking someone with autonomy, strong coordination skills, and a results-driven mindset.

This position will play a key role in connecting the Portuguese operation with the international IT team, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives and coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing

• Act as the main point of contact for IT-related topics in Portugal
• Coordinate technology projects between local teams and the international IT department
• Support the implementation of new solutions and systems within the Portuguese operation
• Work closely with business teams to ensure projects meet operational needs and objectives
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and external partners
• Support projects related to payment systems and other business-critical operations
• Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure project objectives are achieved
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and suppliers
• Provide regular project status updates and progress reports

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing, coordinating, or supporting technology projects
• Experience working in environments with strong collaboration between business and technology teams
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Experience managing vendors and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• English and/or Spanish at a minimum B2 level
• Availability to travel regularly to Spain
