We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join a growing organization, seeking someone with autonomy, strong coordination skills, and a results-driven mindset.

This position will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the entire lifecycle of technology projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards, while maintaining continuous communication with all stakeholders involved.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end technology projects, from requirements gathering to successful implementation

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define project scope and requirements

• Identify and recommend the most suitable technological solutions for business needs

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk management strategies

• Coordinate project execution and ensure milestones and objectives are achieved

• Monitor budgets, resources, and project performance indicators

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively

• Ensure quality standards are met through project governance, documentation, and internal reviews

• Coordinate technology vendors and payment ecosystem partners

• Manage projects related to the companys application, integrated billing system with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and payment ecosystem

• Facilitate regular communication and reporting to stakeholders through status updates and project meetings

What We Are Looking For

• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT Project Management roles, preferably within Energy or Retail environments

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience working with project management methodologies and tools

• Knowledge of Agile environments, DevOps, automation, and KPI/data analysis

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills

• Ability to work effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders

• Advanced English proficiency

• Intermediate Spanish proficiency

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, coordinating, and delivering technology projects within a dynamic environment, with particular focus on applications, billing platforms integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and payment systems.
