Your new Role
The Program Manager of Intelligent Automation, Data & Analytics will play a critical role in managing and delivering impactful automation and analytics initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
As part of the Intelligent Automation, Data and Analytics Technology team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and governance of projects that leverage emerging technologies and advanced data analytics to drive operational excellence and business value.
This role requires a results-driven professional who excels at stakeholder management, program execution, and has a good knowledge of technology. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, IT, and Data Analytics Specialists, to ensure the successful delivery of high-value programs and projects.
You will be responsible for:
Program Leadership:
- Define, plan, and execute a portfolio of intelligent automation and data analytics initiatives aligned with business priorities;
- Manage program scope, timeline, budget, and resources to deliver projects successfully;
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Havi’s strategic goals and technology strategy;
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution to keep projects on track;
- Comply with global governance and delivery frameworks but simplify and challenge to reduce the bureaucracy and complexity without creating a risk;
- Set standards for program delivery and make others comply with these standards;
- Lead and facilitate program execution governance forums.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including executives, functional and categories, and technical teams;
- Communicate program progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders through regular updates and presentations;
- Foster a collaborative environment to drive alignment and commitment across all involved parties.
Project Execution:
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation and data solutions;
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, best practices, and quality standards;
- Monitor and report on program performance, utilizing metrics and KPIs to measure success;
- Continuously optimize processes and workflows to maximize the value delivered by automation and analytics initiatives.
Change Management:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to drive user adoption of automation, data and analytics solutions;
- Ensures training and support to stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and utilization of new technologies;
- Assist in building awareness of intelligent automation and data analytics capabilities across the organization.
Team Coordination:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver program objectives;
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team;
- Provide mentoring and guidance to team members to support their professional growth.
What you will need to be succeed
As an IT Program Manager you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project or Program Management, or related fields;
- Certifications in Project and Program Management (PMP, CAMP, CSM, Prince2, MPM, PgMP);
- +5 years of experience in Program or Project Management, with a focus on Automation, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation initiatives;
- Exceptional Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Analytical mindset, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement;
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs successfully;
- Strong understanding of Intelligent Automation technologies (RPA, AI, ML), Data Analytics platforms (SQL and Cloud-Based databases) and ETL processes;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and practices;
- Familiarity with leading automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism);
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build consensus across diverse teams;
- Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English.
