Your New Role
We are currently looking for an IT Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of digital solutions within our logistics technology ecosystem. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with technical execution, ensuring that product features are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable value. As the key interface between stakeholders and development teams, you will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and driving agile delivery cycles. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate operational challenges into scalable digital solutions, while maintaining a clear roadmap and prioritizing enhancements based on business impact.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and continuous refinement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Lead sprint planning and participate in agile ceremonies to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and UX teams to ensure seamless execution of product features.
- Ensure integration of digital products with existing systems and platforms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions and escalations.
- Maintain documentation and reporting for product lifecycle management.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices across teams.
What You Need to Succeed
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product ownership or product management within IT or digital environments.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Proven ability to manage backlogs, write user stories, and prioritize features based on business value.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global organization.
- Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or enterprise platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent are highly desirable.
