behavioral skills.
- Support the definition of
the company's managed services strategy, proposing new approaches, tools,
and operational models.
- Monitor service
performance, preparing operational reports and continuous improvement
proposals for clients and service management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
Computer Engineering, Networks, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT
operations management, preferably in managed services environments (MSP).
- Proven experience in
managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Excellent communication
skills, both with technical teams and executive-level clients (C-Level).
- Strong knowledge of
infrastructure (networks, systems, virtualisation), cloud, and ITSM.
- Relevant certifications
(e.g., ITIL, PMP, ISO 20000) are highly valued.
- High sense of
responsibility, organisation, and focus on results.
