We are seeking an IT Local Support professional to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems within the organization. This role requires a proactive individual with expertise in problem-solving and technical support.

Description

• Provide on-site technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems, including desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
• Assist with network connectivity issues and ensure proper network functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
• Collaborate with EU central IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on new technologies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English speaking and writing
