We are looking for an IT Internal Auditor to join our team.

We have a great opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a genuine interest in financial services, technology and data analytics to join our international Internal Audit Team.

Note: depending on the audit work, occasional travel may be required.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Preparing and documenting internal audit work papers and results according to the professional practices and Itaú internal audit methodology;
• Working collaboratively with the team to deliver the Internal Audit plan;
• Completing and documenting assigned audit work within budgeted time constraints;
• Providing input and assisting in the identification of relevant risks and regulatory requirements for incorporation as part of our audit scope and work programs;
• Assessing controls to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and best practice;
• Conducting research and successfully completing assigned training requirements necessary to maintain relevance;
• Development of relationships with business management throughout the audit process;
• Conducting follow-up reviews of deficiencies noted during audits.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, technology, business or equivalent.
• High proficiency in the use of MS Office.
• High interest in the use of Gen AI tools and Data Analytics.
• Aptitude for designing and performing analytic audit tests.
• Desirable but not essential: experience at accounting and consultancy firms (external audit, risk advisory, or similar).

Languages

• Fluent in English, written and oral (essential).
• Portuguese fluency is desirable but not essential.
