We are looking for an experienced IT Functional Analyst (MOA) to join a Risk IT team responsible for Credit Risk and Regulatory Reporting systems supporting leasing and factoring activities.

This role acts as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring functional alignment, high-quality deliveries, and operational continuity of business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Analysis & Project Support

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements
• Write Functional Specifications / High-Level Functional Designs
• Define test strategies and prepare detailed test plans
• Organize, coordinate, and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Prepare and document project steering committees and follow-up materials
• Define and maintain functional roadmaps

Coordination & Delivery

• Coordinate and monitor external service centers
• Review, validate, and monitor project deliverables
• Ensure quality control across functional and technical deliveries
• Facilitate and lead workshops and working sessions with stakeholders

Run & Application Support

• Contribute to application support and ensure operational continuity
• Manage corrective maintenance and functional evolutions autonomously
• Analyze incidents and production issues
• Create and track business tickets (ServiceNow) and user stories (JIRA)
• Provide functional support to end users

Application & Technical Environment

• Databases and data-processing systems
• Data integration and outbound data flows
• Development technologies: PL/SQL and Java

Required Skills & Experience

Functional & Business Skills

• Solid experience in Financial Services, ideally in Risk or Regulatory domains
• Strong background in business analysis and functional design
• Proven experience with UAT preparation and execution
• Ability to analyze data and ensure data consistency and quality
• Understanding of IT project lifecycle and production monitoring

Technical Skills

• Oracle SQL Developer
• Microsoft SQL Server Management
• SAS Guide
• GitLab
• WinSCP

Methodologies & Tools

• Agile methodologies
• ServiceNow and JIRA
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• ISTQB / ECBA knowledge or certification is a plus

Language:

• English: B1
• French: B2

Hybrid Work: 2/3x in the office in Lisbon
