Your new role
As IT Enterprise Solutions Lead, you will take ownership of a key function, leading a multidisciplinary team while acting as a strategic partner to the business. You will drive the evolution of the application landscape, ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and organisational priorities.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and shaping digital strategy, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. This is a high-visibility role with real impact on organisational performance and transformation.
What you'll need to succeed
- 6+ years’ experience in IT, product, project or application portfolio management
- Proven experience leading teams and working with senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and systems integration
- Experience with SaaS solutions, APIs and Microsoft technologies
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic, pragmatic and results-driven mindset
- Degree in IT, Engineering, Management or similar (preferred)
- Fluency in English
