We are looking for an IT Coordinator with Microsoft 365 significant expertise to own and drive all internal technology operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for keeping our client systems running smoothly, data secure, and their teams equipped with the tools they need to perform at their best.

Description

• Manage Microsoft 365 environment and other internal systems as well servers, cloud platforms, and software licensing.
• Handle hardware lifecycle, asset inventory, and new hire setup.
• Define and enforce security policies; manage endpoint protection, firewalls, and VPNs
• Provide technical support and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain backups and liaise with external vendors and MSPs.

Profile

• 4+ years of experience in an IT Manager or Systems Administrator;
• Solid knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and cloud services (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs).
• Strong grasp of cybersecurity (endpoint protection, access controls, basic audits).
• Good knowledge and interest in AI / Productivity tools.
• Great communication and a service-first mindset.
• C1 English.
• We value certifications (CompTIA Security+, Microsoft, ITIL);
• Experience in a scale-up or SME environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS/CRM platforms.
• ISO 27001 compliance knowledge.
