We are looking for a IT Continuity & Resilience Analyst to join us in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the IT Continuity and Resilience of IT assets
• Ensure IT Continuity classification is accurate and aligned with business needs
• Ensure IT Continuity Plans are in place and meet internal standards
• Verify that backup, restoration, and operational procedures are documented and enforced
• Coordinate and monitor Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises, including scheduling, execution, and follow-up
• Track and manage post-DR action plans
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with all relevant stakeholders
• Provide regular updates to senior management on: IT asset classification progress, Implementation of continuity solutions and DR exercises and remediation efforts
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of data in GRC tools
• Provide metrics and reports for risk, cybersecurity, and continuity committees
• Support awareness and training activities (e.g. documentation, materials, sessions)
• Liaise with the central IT Continuity & Resilience team
• Assist in responses to regulatory or client requests related to IT Continuity and Resilience

Languages:

• English: Mandatory (fluent)
• French: Appreciated but not required

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):

• CCRP (Certified Continuity and Resilience Professional)
• CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)
• ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management)
• ISO 27001 (Information Security Management)

Technical Skills:

• IT Continuity & Resilience: Mastery level
• IT Production (Backup/Restoration): Expert level
• IT Architecture: Practical experience
• IT Risk: Practical experience
• Cybersecurity: Practical experience

Soft Skills:

• Strong delivery focus and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis
• Knowledge of the banking/financial sector
