We are seeking an IT Application Manager HR-IT to manage and optimise HR-IT applications on a market leader on his sector, integrated on a global industrial and manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient application performance and align technology solutions with HR business needs.

Description

• Support on the implementation of a Global HR System based on ERP.
• Manage and maintain HR-IT applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align HR-IT solutions with business requirements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application issues, implementing timely solutions.
• Support the implementation of new functionalities and system updates.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for HRIT systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Profile

A successful IT Application Manager HR-IT should have:

• Past experience as IT HR Expert, IT HR Business Partner, IT Application Manager, Business Analyst and/or Project Manager;
• Proven experience in managing HR-IT applications within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong technical skills in relevant HR-IT systems and tools.
• Ability to analyse and solve complex technical problems efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of data compliance and security standards.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work in multicultural, multi-functional teams and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
