Your New Role

As an IT Application Manager, you will oversee and manage the QMS platform. Your primary responsibilities will include the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting business needs.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage the configuration, administration, and maintenance of the QMS platform.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the application.
• Provide technical support to end-users and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, Quality, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage system updates, enhancements, and integrations with other business applications (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Develop and maintain user access controls, permissions, and security policies.
• Monitor system performance, conduct troubleshooting, and coordinate with QMS Software support when necessary.
• Manage the 3rd party supplier providing support to the tool.
• Handle incidents, change requests, and service improvements following ITIL principles.

 

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing enterprise applications, preferably QMS software.
• Knowledge of Quality Management processes (QMS, CAPA, Change Control, Document Control, Training, Audit Management).
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, manage incidents, and implement system improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, ITIL is a plus).
• The ability to analyse complex problems, identify root causes, and develop and implement effective solutions.
• A focus on delivering high-quality IT services that meet the needs of internal and external customers.
• The ability to adapt to changing business and technology environments and continuously improve IT services.
• Fluent in English.
