Multinational company is reinforcing the team with the recruitment of a HR manager for the Information, Systems and Technology area.

Amongst other tasks, you wil be responsible for:

- Lead HR processes design and enablement;

- Support managing complex employee requests or inquiries relating to HR discipline;

- Employee Master Data Administration

- Administration of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation Management and Learning Management;

- Execution and implementation of HR systems updates

- Oversee data maintenance

We are searching for professionals with a bachelor degree and +4 years experience in the HR area with a focus on HR systems, processes, policies and regulations. It is required experience with maintenance and testing of HRIS systems and also fluency in English language.
