Then, What?
To support Extia's continued growth, we are looking for a new "hidden gem" to complete our Sales Administration (ADV) team.
Concretely, what will you be doing? Reporting to a Sales Administration Manager, your missions will include:
1) Client Account Management
- Opening new client accounts.
- Verifying and updating administrative information.
2) Project & Mission Management
- Creating missions within our internal software.
- Data entry, validation, and tracking of application contracts.
- Updating data (rate changes, etc.).
- Generating mission orders.
3) Invoicing and Accounts Receivable
- Preparing invoices.
- Validating invoices and their corresponding supporting documents.
- Monitoring payments and handling debt collection/recovery.
