The Invoicing and Collections Team Leader will oversee invoicing and collections processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

Description

Key responsabilities:

• Lead the invoicing and collections team to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable to minimize outstanding balances and overdue payments.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collections efficiency and reduce payment delays.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare detailed reports on invoicing and collections performance for senior management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing disputes and discrepancies.
• Process Automation.

Profile

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance (recommended)

• Proficiency in English, Portuguese, and French (spoken and written)

• Proven experience in leading a small team of administrative staff, ideally within invoicing and/or collections, in an international environment (as the team will be working on invoices across Portugal, France, UAE, and India)

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
