Descrição da Função

We are looking for a motivated and organized professional to join our team with responsibilities across invoicing, credit control, administrative support and customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Invoicing and credit control
  • Customer service and regular contact with clients.
  • Preparation of administrative and operational reports (non-financial)
  • Purchasing office supplies and receiving deliveries
  • Filing and document management
  • Compliance with the Management System
  • Actively contributing to continuous improvement of the Management System


Required Qualifications & Profile:


  • High school diploma (12h grade or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (invoicing and credit control)
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
